*Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can generally be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved and submitted at least 7 days prior to hammerandstainvb@gmail.com to allow us enough time to prepare. If approved, a minimum customization fee of $25 will apply.

For workshop reservations, once your order is placed, we begin production immediately. To cancel, kindly provide at least 48 hours' notice. A 30% restocking fee applies to cancellations, and refunds are processed upon receipt of your cancellation request, with funds returning to your account within 2 weeks. Please understand that same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. We reserve the right to update this policy; any changes will be communicated here.
