Thank you for considering Hammer & Stain. Please note that the following terms apply specifically to our workshop reservations. For our shipped products, different policies may apply.
For workshop reservations, once your order is placed, we begin production immediately. To cancel, kindly provide at least 48 hours' notice. A 30% restocking fee applies to cancellations, and refunds are processed upon receipt of your cancellation request, with funds returning to your account within 2 weeks. Please understand that same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. We reserve the right to update this policy; any changes will be communicated here.
